Do you use soy or nuts in your products?
All of our specialty cakes can be modified to an extent. Some changes can be made to the following; cake flavors, frosting, fillings, but-er creme colors and vegan/ non vegan cake and frosting options. Please note specialty cakes have to be ordered 2 weeks in advance.
Yes we currently use nuts and soy in some of our products. Each item on our website listx exactly what ingredients we use in each product. If someone is uncertain of any item we use or needs more information on the ingredients, they can email us directly with any questions or concerns at shenasconfections@gmail.com prior to placing their orders.
Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver to customers who purchase a minimum of $30.00 per order. Customers who don't meet the required amount can pay an additional fee for delivery based on where they are located within North Miami region.
Can I place a special order?
Deposits and payments.
All custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit when orders are being placed in order to secure your spot for the item(s). Final payment for custom orders should be made 1 week prior to the delivery/ pick date of order. Clients have 2 weeks prior to delivery date to cancel any orders placed. The deposit made will remain as a credit and can be used within 1 year of deposit date.
